Kharlyn Caye Santillan
Kharlyn Caye Santillan, known as KC Santillan, is a full-time millennial entrepreneur in the Philippines who aspires to make a difference and inspire change and courage. She started venturing into her entrepreneurial career at the age of 20 while being employed for a few years. This woman is a former student leader and a former full scholar of a real estate company in the Philippines. Her scholarship allowed her to acquire years of corporate work experience. After finishing her scholarship bond, she decided to do full-time entrepreneurship and take a leap of faith that brought her to where she is now- a Business Mentor and a Social Media Influencer. She pursues her entrepreneurial career in the direct marketing journey with USANA Health Sciences, Inc., a billion-dollar cellular nutrition company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Gaining her years of experience in the industry opened new doors for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to be catalysts of change, aiming to make a difference in the world. She continuously grows her life and business skills while helping people build a sustainable income in her chosen career based on hard work, persistence, and income growth based on their short-term and long-term goals. Starting entrepreneurship at a young age led her to several speaking engagements and invitations aiming to share inspirational stories, motivation, leadership, growth, and empowerment. The change maker believes in inspiring people, especially the younger generation, and was invited as a Guest Speaker of the Artlets Economics Society of the University of Santo Tomas and graduating Marketing students of Adamson University— two well-known Universities in the Philippines.
